Position Summary:
ESS is looking for an Administrative Assistant supporting our enterprise initiatives. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, and eager to learn and grow within our company! The successful candidate will work closely in a professional office environment with our project managers and engineering staff, assisting in day-to-day coordination with clients, regulatory agencies, and project matters.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the President, the administrative assistant will partner with managers, engineers, and staff to understand and provide necessary support
Timekeeping and recordkeeping
Organizing and scheduling submittal packets and information
Assisting with proposals by gathering needed information
Creating, proofreading, and editing documents, such as agreements and letters
Providing administrative assistance to all departments of the ESS portfolio
Event & meeting planning and preparation
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Providing front desk reception and phone support
Coordination of vehicle maintenance and repair
Prepare appropriate paperwork (e.g. contracts, warranties, etc.) as directed.
Under minimal direction, formulate and define scope and objectives based on tasks.
Operates as a team member and as a team leader.
Advise on methods to improve business processes.
Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
High degree of personal/professional integrity, respect for privacy and confidentiality.
2+ years of customer service or professional office experience.
High school degree
Strong customer service skills.
Additional training/education, as well as business need, are available.
No travel required.

Desired Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and Proficiency in Adobe
Ability to think independently and produce results with minimal direction.
Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative on the job.
Ability to work and collaborate successfully with persons, programs, organizations, and agencies.
Ability to maintain a high level of communication skills and work well with a diverse group of people.
